Today I’ll show you 100 strategies to improve your health, things you can do every day to live a happier and healthier life.

Everyone wants to better their health, but many of us struggle to eat properly or follow a healthy lifestyle. I believe the biggest reason for this is that we are often too afraid to take big risks, or we just don’t have time in our hectic schedules to try anything new.

Contrary to popular assumption, maintaining a healthy lifestyle is simple. In truth, it is extremely basic and simple. It is about making the proper decisions and implementing tiny but substantial improvements in your life.
